"The law, Representative Judy Hunt said at the time of its introduction, was intended to “destigmatize” places in which a death has occurred. This feels like the premise of a very pedantic horror movie only I would enjoy!"

I have Netflix, Prime and Shudder. I'm not sure who wrote that part, but I'd be streaming it right with you. (Not quite willing to enter a theatre for it.)

This prompted me to check whether my mom was required to mention that my dad haunted my old house (I’m dead serious) when she sold it in 2005. The first article I clicked on had this line, which describes the exact circumstances of my dad’s demise:

“For instance, what if the previous owner died of natural causes in the bedroom?”

PA, like NC, does not require psych damage disclosure. I hope my dad’s being less of a dick to the new owner, or else I think I see a future Unsolved Mysteries case...
