I didn't know about Morally Indefensible. I am excited to listen. This week's My Favorite Murder 'minisode' pissed me off because Karen Kilgariff said (paraphrasing) MacDonald is probably innocent because Errol Morris says so. The intellectual laziness of MFM doesn't usually irritate me that much, but I wish they wouldn't make proclamations about people's guilt or innocence when they know next to nothing about the facts of a case.
I just heard about Morally Indefensible and I cannot wait to listen. I'm sure it will infuriate me too, but a podcast seems very 2020-neccessary for us MacDonald completists.
This post - and the podcast - were just swell. I really am trying to read Hamnet this week, so give a girl a break and try to keep that content down to a dull roar!
Started listening to Morally Indefensible, and other than too many plugs for FX and some constant Smerling interruptions, it’s not terrible. (Okay, there’s also some insane foley work.) I can’t tell yet if he’s going to agree or disagree with Morris. I’m firmly on the fence.
