I watched an old ITV doco about the Yorkshire Ripper thats on youtube after I read Gordon Burn's Somebody's Husband, Somebody's Son and there's definitely a lot of choice archival footage for the Netflix one to use. Get ready to hear a lot of old cops refer to "prostitutes and real victims" and what not!
I didn’t even get to read this until this evening. Usually I’m checking it out the very second I see it in my in box. Sad times but worth the wait, as always. I’m definitely interested in learning more about the Yorkshire Ripper, and so glad I listened to you guys when it came to “Murder on Middle Beach”. What a show. HBO is really turning out the quality crime content for us at the end of 2020. Hold your partridges in your pear trees; all I want for Christmas is a vaccine!!
