Talk about someone who needs image coaching. Sometimes it seems like Knox is so into the attention she gets for her bad takes and publicity stunts that she wouldn't ask for a do-over of her time in Perugia even if she could. (Disclaimer: I have not listened to her podcast, because I think she's annoying. Let me know if I made the wrong choice.)

You can get an idea of at least one story that the Boston Globe wants to scrub from Google by looking at their robots.txt: https://www.bostonglobe.com/robots.txt

I agree with Eve that this feels like a potentially well-intentioned act that will only fuel shenanigans and waste reporters time; the CJR report on the Dr. who used media laws to get his sexual assualt allegations removed from search engines is the more likely result: https://www.cjr.org/special_report/heiko-jessen-germany-me-too.php

In other hot takes: I like Robert Downey Jr when he makes an effort, which it feels like it's been a while since, so hopefully the producer credit is a promising sign? I think even Amanda Knox would agree that it sounds better than Doolittle.

I think I get your point and yet... AK’s experience is fairly unique. She might be a traumatized BPD but her ragey outlook is well earned. I think these headline queens are finding ways to process grief and channel it into a meaningful project or an effort that will make it all mean something, but it can’t be easy to locate the right tone when they’re not trained academics or media types by trade. (The feel-good insanity of Elizabeth Smart in Masked Dancer, for instance. I don’t get it, but I think I understand it.)
