That quote about Dan Savage hit me hard. I am the exact same way. Which is why Lovecast is kind of boring now -- I have listened since the beginning, so I have no doubt about what his advice will be. But it would be kind of interesting to tell 2008 Heather how open-minded I am about non-monogamy in 2020. I bet she'd be shocked.
I don't feel bad for Lori Loughlin at all. I think the real punishment is the humiliation, though. The actual sentence will be boring, stinky, and loud, but otherwise endurable. If she doesn't catch covid.

I have baby boomer neighbors who declare they “don’t practice” (no, I don’t exactly know what that means) and just come over to our place sans mask to visit and chat, this continues after we informed them we have a family member hospitalized (not COVID but respiratory and immune compromised). Usually we are outside but I have to keep stepping backwards. It’s really quite funny and sad but again, they “don’t practice”. No testing needed, yet...
