Neat, sounds like Serial is hiring. I hope somebody here gets the job.

I have seasonal affective disorder, but the only crimes it makes me commit are substance-related. I barely have the energy to get out of bed between November and February. I can't imagine working up the motivation to assault somebody.

Crime Junkies? How that show survives after the plagiarism scandal is beyond me.

Sydney went through this fire calamity (obviously the further out places immediately effected went through it infinitely worse, but just in terms of daily life being an uneasy smoke apocalypse) in Dec/Jan and I assume will do so again when fire season rolls back around. Ummmmm well it doesn't appear to be WBEZ/Chicago Public Media, but I wonder what podcart they're talking about?! There's a Quad-cities based one that I believe is made my 1-2 news anchors out there, but that's 1) not super legal and 2) pretty unlikely they have that kind of draw (and if they do, bravo to them!). Sidebar: 9/11 makes me incredibly sad and on top of all the rest of the ick going around, it's just so much. . .hugs to all.

Could be court junkie, which launched in 2016. I’m pretty sure it’s Chicago-based, and it’s definitely legal-focused and tasteful.
